Hi,
I am having problems with memory I've already contact the Seller/Supplier but they couldn't help me because they don't know much about memory settings.
I use 1600X and bought Avexir DDR4-2400 CL16 4GB (x2) (AVD4UZ124001604G) memory but not getting the full 2400 Mhz on my PC, in the BIOS (2.6) settings I selected "Load XPM Settings" and then selected "DDR4-2400"
I checked the timings 15,15,15, 36, 51 and they look right I didn't do any changes here.
The memory modules are placed in A2 and B2 memory slots, both are 4GB memory modules and the memory is listed in ASRock Memory QVL list.

Dear xboy200,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

We install the same system configuration to perform the test.

[Config.]
BIOS: P2.60
CPU: Ryzen 1600X
DRAM: Avexir AVD4UZ124001604G-1COW (2pcs)

After loading XMP profile, the memory could work on 2400 MHz at A2/B2 slot.
Please refer to the test results:

Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming K4 BIOS P2.60:

Load XMP 2.0 Profile to DDR4 2400MHz:

So we would like to provide some suggestions for verifying:
1. Please Install the memory on A2/B2 or A1/B1 slot .
2. Clear CMOS, and press "F9" in BIOS page, then press F10 to save and exit.
After booting to BIOS page, load XMP profile for trying.
3. Make sure the CPU is spread the thermal paste and the cooler is attached well with the CPU.
4. Increase a little DRAM voltage.
5. Install only one stick memory on each slot to make sure the memory and slot are fine.
6. If possible, please change another CPU or DRAM to check if the system can work with 2400Mhz.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD
