I am looking for any information or help on enabling quad channel DDR4 memory, I currently have G.Skill - Trident Z 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR4-3200 Memory installed on my ASRock - Fatal1ty X99X Killer ATX LGA2011-3 Motherboard, but it is only saying that I have 16GB of memory installed.

I do not receive any memory errors and I have made sure that they are properly seated in DIMMS A1,B1,C1, and D1. I have tried to research this issue but I have not found any information on enabling or issues with Quad channel memory on this mobo.

Bios version 3.1

Thanks for any information on this issue.

Dear Owl1cw,

Thank you for choosing ASRock and contacting us.

Regarding your case, we provide some suggestion to verify.

1.       Please get into BIOS to check the system can detect the memory or not.

2.       Please only install one stick memory in A1, B1, C1, and D1 to check.

3.       Because the memory controller is inside the CPU, please reinstall the CPU and check if the CPU socket pin is fine.

Thank you!

Yours truly,

ASRock TSD
