Hello all. I was going to start my computer this morning but got d2 on Dr debug and I am unable to find any info on it, nothing in manual and no good info on google. Have tried to clear cmos but that did not help. I am running the ASRock Fatal1ty X370 Professional Gaming mb with bios version 3.10. Any help really appreciated.

Gretar, Google says :
Quote D2 - PCH initialization error

I hope wardog will help you with what it means and where to find all ASRock codes.  In the meanwhile, please search for an answer on the Internet and this forum.  Enjoy, John.

Is this a new build that this is doing this on, or was it functioning fine before this?

System Specs would be nice if you would. along with PN's please.

^^ Particularly, the top line.

I have a handful of other BIOS links I reference that are not ASROCK's that are very technical. If one doesn't understand a BIOS they would only serve to confuse and confound.
