I'm having trouble with AB350 Pro4, no post/ blank screen with this configuration:
- Ryzen 5 1600X - Asrock AB350 pro4, bios p2.40
- Corsair Vengeance LPX kit 2x 8gb, CMK16GX4M2Z2666C16 - Zotac 750ti - Enermax 500W, have 8 pin CPU. What I have done so far with no luck: - reseated all wires RAM and GPU - removing sata drives. - plug single RAM only on all slots. - jumper reset CMOS. - removing CMOS battery and jumper reset. Any suggestions? Edited by Bluegap - 06 Oct 2017 at 12:49pm |

BUMP!!
I'm gonna wait another 24 hours, if there's no suggestion for solution then I'm gonna delete this thread. There are too many threads without reply at all on the forum sadly. |

You probably did not get any responses because your first post covers the usual basic mistakes very well (you didn't do anything wrong), and moderators don't live in the forum 24/7. The only detail missing is the CPU you are using. Plus there is nothing at all obvious in your post that would be the cause. Is the PSU new or used in the past, so known to be working? Same for the video card? Does the fan on the video card, or other fans in the PC case, spin up? It's possible you have a bad board. Your new model of Corsair memory is made for Ryzen, but your board has a very early UEFI/BIOS version that might not be compatible with your new memory. Ryzen systems had many early issues with memory compatibility. Anything else you can tell us? |

Thanks for the reply, I updated info detail, I have Ryzen 5 1600X. NEW UPDATE: - I just bought a new 1x8gb memory from Samsung 2133 (M378A1G43DB0-CPB) listed in QVL, and the boot screen appear. - I update the bios to 3.20, then install the previous corsair memory. STILL NO SIGNAL DISPLAY. Should I wait Asrock to release new bios that support my corsair(CMK16GX4M2Z2666C16) 2666 memory or sell them and bought another Samsung so I can run a dual channel mode? Any suggestion for working 2666 or above memory module under $200? Edited by Bluegap - 06 Oct 2017 at 1:09pm |

UPDATE:
- Sold the Asrock AB350 Pro 4 - Bought Micro Star's Bazooka, install previous Corsair and it boot flawlessly. Micro Star have 700+ memory QVL, compare to Asrock 200 memory QVL only. |

Take the memory QVL with a grain of salt because Ive heard stories that sometimes a kit in the list doesn't work as advertised and other times a kit not on the list works flawlessly. Also it is hard to test all the kits out in the market. |
