Dear Dm3-chw,

Thank you for choosing ASRock.

Regarding your case, we provide some suggestions to try:

1.     Clear CMOS to load BIOS default.

Please check user manual p19 to clear CMOS.

2.     Please check power supply is plug properly and power supply switch is on.

3.     Only install CPU and one stick memory to check if the system can boot into BIOS properly.

4.     Please try to install one stick memory at A1, B1, A2 and B2 slot to check if the system can boot into BIOS properly.

5.     Reinstall CPU and check if CPU socket pin is fine.

6.     If it is possible, please change another CPU or DRAM to check if the system can boot into BIOS properly.

Thank you!

Yours truly,

ASRock TSD

Hello,

I've bought the following new hardware:

-ASRock Z370M Pro4
- Intel Core i7-8700
- 2x 8 GB Kit G.Skill DDR4 3200 CL14

Hardware which I still owned (working properly):

- MSI GTX 1080 Ti
- Be Quiet! Dark Power Pro P10 550 W

Issue: I have no video output on my screen. I've tried another screen (booth with DisplayPort and HDMI).
The computer turns on (fans turning on, LEDs on the graphics card are on).

I've tried also the onboard GPU with HDMI. No video out.

What's the problem? Is the motherboard defect?

Thank's in advance for your help.
