x370 taichi chipset heatsink led stuck..

   How do I turn this off? I finished the build yesterday and it's been on like this since 1st boot. It stays on even when the computer is off. The only way I can turn it off completely is with the "OFF" psu switch. I tried the asrock rgb app and it's not working.
