not really its quite common problem with these newer design ram slots

the pressure required is far greater then we would like to use to push the ram home fully

Double-check if RAM modules are seated properly. Try running them at default speed, not XMP.

Update UEFI, clear CMOS, enable memory training, bump SoC voltage to 1.1V

Hello to all. I have a ASRock motherboard called A320M-DGS.
AMD Ryzen 5 1400
Two banks of Corsair's RAM Vegeance LPX, identical model, DDR4-2400 (1200 Mhz).

My system is good but my Windows 10 Pro 64-bit not recognize the second bank of RAM.

The BIOS UEFI tells me 16 Giga of RAM, CPU-Z describe me 16 Giga of RAM, AIDA64 Extreme...8 GB di RAM...

Installed 16 Giga but 8.1 are reserved for hardware. 7.93 of RAM usable.

The motherboard is broken? The second module slot not working properly?

Thanks in advance.

PS: And yes...i've used the msconfig option of memmax controller.

-Nicola
