X370 gaming K4 3200 QVL question

   I saw on the memory QVL there is now the following;
KLEVV 3200 3200 8GB IM48GU88A32-GIISEZ DS 2 v

I went to the KLEVV website but could not find this ram along with never hearing about them before.

This ram was not listed on here before and I am still in teh chase for ram that works at 3200 as I have 3200 ram now but cannot get it to work with my board.

Has anyone heard of this company and where to buy it? I looked on newegg but they do not come up on the website dispute listing newegg as their US shop.

Will asrock test more memory? I currently have 3200 corsair lpx vengence ram but cannot for the life of me get it to work at 3200 which is a shame.

Also am I reading this right on the QVL I can get two of these sticks and get 16gb? it shows as DS and also OC is v which I do not know what that means.
