Won't boot

   New build with z730 Taichi. PSU ok. Only a few leds lit but Dr. debug shows nothing. Can anyone suggest the next steps? This is my first build in about 5 years and I am relatively experienced but never so confused.

	Dear Bhool, Thank you for choosing ASRock. Regarding your case, we provide some suggestions to try: 1. Clear CMOS to load BIOS default. Please check user manual p22 to clear CMOS. http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Manual/Z370%20Taichi.pdf 2. Only install CPU and one stick memory to check if the system can boot into BIOS properly. 3. Please try to install one stick memory at A1, B1, A2 and B2 slot to check if the system can boot into BIOS properly. 4. Reinstall CPU and check if CPU socket pin is fine. 5. 	I have tried all of the suggestions, including using an old power supply I had on hand. There seems to be nothing left but the CPU. Unfortunately, I have no access to a spare. Do you have any other suggestions other than obtaining a new CPU?
