Few questions about Z370 exreme 4

Hi there! Recently I've build my new pc with exreme 4 as a basis for it, and I'm pretty happy with it.


I have some questions:

1. Is there a way to turn off red led on the motherboard? From what I've learned you can disable it while pc isn't turned on, or you can tape it down manually..

2. How to turn off SATA hot plug feature? It just bugs me that there's a "safe removal" icon in the tray with hard drives in it all the time.


That's pretty much it. Everything else was just great.

That's pretty much it. Everything else was just great.

On question 1. Only turns of with Deep Sleep when the PC is off.
On question 2. Either use a different Sata port or Ask ASROCK nicely for a modified Bios as i did for my Taichi because it has the same "problem"

From what I can tell all of SATA ports on Extreme 4 use hot plug feature. Where should I ask about this feature to be implemented?
