I have not updated to 4.40 yet. The comments on these forums have made me halt any plans I had to upgrade the bios.

Been using the Gskill Ripjaws V series (Desktop Memory Model F4-3200C14D-32GVR) and they've run at 3200 (14cas) with no problems from day 1.
