zt170m-itx boot problem

Hello i just setup a new pc using the z170m-itx mobo  but when i try to boot it say no signal on the monitor.. 
i've read through a few comments on google  where they're saying its the bios needs to be updated  
 
but how can i update the bios if im not see anything on the monitor?  any help will be appreciated
