I see there is no graphics card listed in your build. I believe that particular Ryzen CPU does not come with any graphics capabilities and so you will need to add a graphics card for your system to work.

My build: Amd ryzen 5 1500x cpu Ab350 pro4 mobo G.skill ddr4 2133Hz 8gb ram Rosewill hive 750s psu Tried ram in a1 and a2 slot Beep code is saying "cpu error," five beeps, I recently replaced the cpu because the motherboard said it before.
