System poweres up, fans spinning, but after about 7-10 seconds the system resets and that repeats over and over. The code is 46. It should be the memory so I tried powering up with and without memory module but code stays the same.
CPU is Ryzen 5 6C/12T 1600, GPU Gigabyte GTX1060 6G Aorus Xtreme, RAM Crucial DRAM 16GB DDR4 (PC4-19200) Ballistix Sport (checked for compatibility), PSU 750W.

Please, help!

coiledquarti00, please tell us what BIOS/UEFI version you are running. Plug only one stick of memory in A1 and see if it will POST.  Then try A2, etc.  If all fail, try another stick.  If you have only one stick, then try it in each slot and try to beg/borrow a stick for testing.  Make sure you have done a clear CMOS or F9 and F10 in UEFI.  Enjoy, John.

Thanks for your reply. I removed the battery and inserted memory module in Slot 3. After that the System booted up, no problem!
