Hallo Community,

habe ein ASrock Z370 Extreme 4 und wollte mir neuen Arbeitsspeicher zulegen.
Derzeit habe ich die Trident Z RGB Series schwarz, DDR4-3000, CL 16 - 16 GB Dual-Kit die ich dann auch evtl. verkaufen werde.

Leider funktioniert auch die RGB Funktion der Speicherriegel nicht richtig. 
Damit ich die RGB Funktion nutzen kann und steuern kann muss ich die Riegel auf A1 B1 setzen was zu Problemen f羹hrt. Crashes in Spielen etc. Windows verh瓣lt sich merkw羹rdig usw.

Setze ich die Speicher auf A2 B2 wie es sich geh繹rt - funktioniert alles aber ich kann die RGB nicht mehr steuern und das Programm von gskill verabschiedet sich mit einer Fehlermeldung das keine gskill Speicher gefunden wurden und es wird beendet.

Vielleicht hat sogar noch jemand das Problem oder sogar schon gel繹st?
Ich freue mich aber 羹ber Vorschl瓣ge f羹r neuen RAM min. 16 GB (2x8 wegen Dual-Channel)

Hallo,
du musst dich leider an G.Skill wenden oder die Firmware der Speicher flashen oder die Speicher tauschen.

Quote This issue is due to G.Skill RGB DRAM FW, user need to send the DRAM back to G.Skill to update the FW.

That's the only way, ASRock can't do anything for that, sorry~

Habe mal gerade nachgeschaut - kann so gut wie nichts finden dar羹ber die Firmware selbst zu flashen. Hab nicht gerade Lust den Speicher einzuschicken :)
