Because BIOS do some CPU load, and windows does not most time.

hello guys, I'm Italian, I have the motherboard ASRock AB350 Pro4 AM4, CPU Amd Ryzen 5 1600X in bios the detected temperature of the CPU is 71c ° in idle and in windows 10 with speed fan 32c ° why this difference? thank you so much
