HI. I am having some serious issues with my system. It is crashing all the time in games, but is able to run stress test benchmarks without issue (memtest, prime95, multiple GPU benches).

One fix I found was disabling 3 of the CPU cores in Ryzen Master. When I do this I get NO CRASHES. So I am wondering if this motherboard cannot actually drive the 6-core setup?

Currently I have the following core parts:

  • Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming-ITX/ac
  • AMD Ryzen 2600x
  • 16GB DDR4 (I have used multiple brands and sticks of RAM, with no difference - current set is on the QVL for the motherboard
  • Nvidia GTX 980 ti (swapped an old AMD GPU in with same results)
  • 1TB MX500 M.2
  • EVGA 700 PSU

Latest BIOS is loaded. I left all defaults, but later tried lowering RAM speeds with no difference.

I have replaced every part in the system one by one (RMA'd to Amazon), and I am still having these crashes. (Fresh install of Windows and all drivers updated). Ive gone through 2 CPUs, 2 motherboards, 2 different sets of RAM, 2 GPUs, 3 SSD drives, and 2 power supplies.

When I enable all 6 cores, the system crashes while gaming.

Please help!

During gaming I am getting a complete freeze with massive buzzing sound coming from the speakers. I have to hard reset to get out of it.

I got several blue screens while trying to unzip a large file.

Greetings,

I have a ASRock Fatality AB350 ITX/AC with Ryzen 5 2400g and with the latest BIOS (4.70 and 4.71 beta) my system freeze too.

If I revert to 4.60 or 4.51 [BETA] this problem disappear.

I have the exact same setup (ab350 itx, 2400g) and 4.71 seems stable so far. Try resetting to default and customize from there.
