I am curious why A-Tuning for my z370 Taichi board does not have the option to select other sensors in FAN-Tastic Tuning? For instance, I understand only being able to select motherboard or CPU in the bios because you can only use motherboard sensors, but in the windows program I should be able to select other sensors. I would like to link my PWM fans on the front of my case to my graphics card temperature. During gaming the motherboard temp wont change much and your cpu isn't under load. I would like to ramp up my fans to exhaust the hot air being expelled into my case by the GPU... This is an option that ASUS, MSI, and Gigabyte all have as an option in their windows based fan control software. I would say ASRock is falling behind in this area. I would like to request a revision to the FAN-Tastic Tuning software to include non-motherboard sensors as this should be expected in 2018.
Thanks for letting me vent... :) Edited by Chingus - 09 Sep 2018 at 8:31pm |
