X399 Taichi post code 90

   I successfully set up my machine this weekend and was enjoying it but today it locked up.  I rebooted it and didn't get any display.
After taking the case cover off, I see the motherboard is displaying code 90.  I cleared the CMOS, re-installed BIOS 2.30 and 2.20, removed my video card, removed all RAM but one stick, removed the NVMe drives, and even disconnected the front panel leads from the motherboard.  Nothing changes, the MB still just starts up then gets stuck on code 90 on the LCD.  

Any suggestions?

	Update for those that care: I've RMA'd the board. I received some help from ASROCK's support but nothing works.
