Just got my 9900k with Z390 Taichi and it seems when AVX offsets is left at auto it defaults to -3 versus 0. Is that normal behavior? If so there is no way to set it to 0. Setting to -1 does what you would expect, as well as -2.

Maybe you can help me? I made a post about AVX2 and AVX3 offsets for x299 extreme4 motherboard. i am unable to type in a negative value in those fields. how did you achieve that? for me, typing 0 defaults to auto, but my AVX2 and AVX3 target speeds show well below my multiplier and frequency target. not sure what is going on.
