Hi all.
I have an (old ?) AB350M Pro4 board, it worked flawlessy in my old rig (Ryzen 1700 with 2x8GB Ballistix Sport LT).
I moved to something new and tried to recycle it as a media center system with an Athlon 200GE after upgrading to FW 5.10.
Board won't work.
I've tried with different RAM (it seems a bit more stable with GeIL SuperLuce 3000) but:
1. the board often refuses to start
2. the board ALWAYS refuses to REstart (so I have to power down, wait a bit, restart)
3. boot Linux installation (Ubuntu installation crashes at start with some PCIe error and/or read errors from USB)
4. boot Windows 10 installation (it just crashes somewhere in the middle or "reboot")

BIOS mostly work; it allows me to change CPU multiplier and RAM speed (it shouldn't be possible) and keep settings between "reboot"; one time it freezed during bios browsing with a flashing "window".

PSU is a ThermalTake 450W.

Any ideas ?

(I've set "overclock" values just to show the strange BIOS behavior: AFAIK it shouldn't allow me to set those values)

Strange behavior: BIOS struck, keyboard no longer work (not even swapping ports to another USB2 or 3) but clock on the lower right corner keep going, LED lights works as usual.

Broken chipset ?

I need an answer because if:
1. CPU is broken - I'll send it back (it's brand new!)
2. board is broken - I'll buy another one (probably a X450)
3. it's firmware related - Wait and see

I've had success getting a 200GE to work fine on the AB350 ITX board with Ubuntu 18.10. I believe it uses the same BIOS for the most part as the AB350M.

There are some known problems with a number of Linux kernels and AMD APUs. Ubuntu 18.10 uses a newer kernel, but I couldn't get the newest Linux Mint to run properly. ALso, I tried to update to the newest BIOS with the newest AGESA on sunday and Ubuntu booted but showed no video.   I could boot Windows 10 fine though. I also had tons of Ubuntu errors on install, but it eventually made it past them and ran fine with the earlier BIOS.

Have you tried resetting CMOS? Also, are your memory sticks seated correctly in those awful single sided clamp slots that everyone uses these days? Thats been a problem for me occasionally as well.

One more thing. I just looked at your screens again closely. It is odd that the OC screens show different settings than the status screen.

The only thing that stands out to me, is that the board thinks it has the XMP setting for DDR 3000 set. I had a heck of a time with the AB350 ITX and that setting, and eventually ran the memory at stock (2400) settings, and didn't let the XMP set itself, and then it was stable.

I would try resetting CMOS, reseating memory with 1 stick to start, then going into BIOS and making sure that everything is set to Auto in the CPU configuration screen (XMP and CPU Freq VOltage, etc)

I managed to have windows running but unfortunately USB shuts down (even keyboard leds turns off).
At this point I'd call for a motherboard failure.
