Hello,
I have problem with my internet connection.
After while i lose LAN connection signal, like gaming or watching videos??
Already reinstall win10 again but no help.
This is real problem, please help.

Dear Drathir,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


We would like to provide some suggestion for verifying.

1. Please refer to user manual page.26 to clear CMOS.

2. Please check if the Internet cable is connected well.

3. Please re-connect to LAN port.

4. If installing the Hub, please remove it and contact the LAN cable to Modem directly.

5. Please refer to below link to re-flash MAC address.
