From what I dig up the latest Intel graphics driver(yes, audio is contained within) works like a charm with DTS-HD ""7.1 CH HD Audio with Content Protection (Realtek ALC892 Audio Codec)"" Content Protect via HDMI < id="kpm_plugin" ="application/x-KPMPlugin">

These features come from the CPU and chipset (one in the same in this case as it is an SoC) which are provided by intel.  I did some digging and found this on the Intel forums regarding your issue. I hope this answers your questions. I have not tested DTS HD audio on my N3150M so I cannot tell you from experience.

Hi, I was one click away of buying the n3700-itx mobo but then I've read on internet that the Intel nuc's won't support this in windows. So before I'm going to buy this I need to know for sure if it's sorted or not or if it's going to be supported for sure. If not supported what could be a nice (cheap) alternative for building a low power htpc. I have a Zotac Ad02 which worked fine but it's 4-5 years old at the moment and is getting a bit slower.
