I am not sure what is going on, ive tried 3 bios files, no luck. The weird part is, if im in the bios, it works fine, and reboots. |

Is this a fresh windows installation with the X470 board or did you swap it over from a previous board? I had the same issue with my X370 Taichi when I tried to use the OS drive from my previous intel system, it would not shut down or restart correctly until I performed a fresh install.

 My bad, needed a fresh install of Windows, and i knew that, but ive redone my system so many times in the last month, i tried to bypass it, working like a dream now, thanks all
