You will have to be careful with a first gen AM4 board (300 series). If it does not come with a BIOS version that supports Ryzen 2k you will need a Ryzen 1k CPU to flash it. If you can find one at a comparable price I would go for a 400 series board, honestly, you should look at a B450 unless you plan to use Nvidia SLI.

In theory, it should work with every AM4 mobo.

I just got my hands on a R3 2300X and i can't find a single board that has it officially supported. I was gonna get the Fatal1ty X370 Gaming X but i am not sure if this board can run it. If you know any board that can run it for sure please tell me Thanks :)
