Hello, guys! As we all know, the Realtek Manager does not share headphones/speakers on different devices. You have to pull the headphones out of the front panel to play the speakers (5.1).I don't need sound on two devices at the same time. I want to keep my headphones on so the speakers can play. I want to do it through the dispatcher. So question. Was there a solution?

Same problem on z370 extreme4. It seems impossible to separate front and rear audio jacks. Also, connectors retasking not working. I am looking for answers for 1 year.

But if you will use generic windows 10 high definition audio driver instead realtek hd audio of proposed by asrock it will create 2 separated audio devices for front and rear jacks, and then you can switch between them in windows dispatcher. But there is other side: for me audio quality is worse with windows generic driver.

Audio controls on asrock mb seems completely broken. And seems like they don't going to fix it.

That's what they answered me in the asrock support last year:

For Z370 Extreme4, there is no support for Device advanced settings.

Becuase the audio channel is used for melody LED (Aura LED)

As a result, this is not missing the feature, it is the specification.

Please understand.

Thank you!

I replied that it is very strange technical solution. Because very few people use melody LED, but everyone uses the audio outputs, and would like to have more settings. But they ignored me.

Besides, I noticed that if I do not use Realtek high definition audio driver proposed by ASRock and instead of it use default windows 10 generic driver, it is possible to separate front and rear output devices playback two different audio streams simultaneously, this is the feature I needed and which is unavailable with ASRock driver. So there is no hardware restriction for it. But when I asked support about that they also ignored me.
