One morning I wake up and turn on my computer to see it stuck on the asrock screen with the ?œpress F2 or DEL??. I hadn?™t done anything to my PC the day before it just happened randomly. My specs are Asrock Z370 Extreme4, Intel Core I5 8600k, ADATA XPG SX6000 128gb, 650 Watts EVGA PSU, EVGA GTX 1080 FTW2, 2x8 TridentZ RGB 3000. I already tried shorting the jumpers and disconnected my drives and turned it on and still the same. I don?™t know what else to do.

Dear sergio7773,

Thank you for choosing ASRock.

Regarding your case, we provide some suggestions to try:
1.     Clear CMOS to load BIOS default.
Please remove the power cord, and follow the user manual p20 to clear CMOS.

2.     Only install CPU, one stick memory and connect to onboard graphics to check if the system can boot into BIOS properly.
3.     Please try to install one stick memory at A1, B1, A2 and B2 slot to check if the system can boot into BIOS properly.
4.     If it is possible, please try with different CPU, memory, PSU to check if the system can boot into BIOS properly.

Thank you!
Yours truly,
ASRock TSD
