Does the bios download page say that you need an earlier bios version before you update to this one?

i got a new cpu and when i try to install the latest bios and flash it it says "image couldnt be detected" and this is the file that downloaded:
 i have followed every tutorial on youtube i could and it still isnt working. ive formatted my usb to fat32 and it still doesnt work, ive even tried putting my usb in every usb slot, can someone please help |
