   hey guys. flashed my bios to v 1.70 and had the RGB polychrome app working fine

(cant remember previous version no) but using the ASRock app shop i updated that app aswell. now i get this error message when the PC starts aswell as trying to load up the app.

what can be done to resolve this.

and just a quick build list.

ASRock x570 phantom gaming 4 mobo
RX 5700 xt gpu
ryzen 7 3700x with a coolermaster 240L AIO
16gb 3200mhz trident Gskill 
cooler master mb 520 case
cooler master gold 750 watt PSU
