The drive is not initialized yet, that's all. Goto Computer Management->Storage->Disk Management. Here you should see your disk 0 with volume "C" and the new uninitialized disk 1. Setup the disk1 by creating a NTFS partition/volume which will be named "D". The drive also shows up in my device manager but it only shows the C: drive it's there but not..I installed this 2nd drive to store games and such on..

I installed a second M.2 drive on my X470 it shows up in the BIOS as a boot option but in Windows it is not showing up..How can I get Windows to see that as a new drive...
