I also own this case Corsair Carbide SPEC-04 Black/Grey Mid-Tower Gaming Case, I am wondering could the case be too small and causing overheating for 32 gigs of ram plus my graphics oh for to mention I also have AIO H20 I believe.

Install HDInfo64 to check temps while under load and idle.

If ok...dial your RAM back to 2400 then increase it testing each change to see if your board is having problems with memory at that speed

I own several Corsair Carbide cases.   How many fans did you install and where?
My cases run cool.

I have a Ryzen 7 2700X running nice cool temps with the OEM Wraith cooler (properly installed) and adequately ventilated.

Before you go nuts trying to find a hardware/compatibility issue make sure you
download and install the latest chipset driver for your system. I suddenly started
getting BSODs on a previously stable Ryzen system and it turned out to be a windows
update that required me to update my chipset drivers.

If you have already done so then start looking at RAM speeds and timings. It
would also be good to run a RAM test.
