x570 aqua pcie question

   hi guys

im curently working on a build with the aqua board.

it beeing a mod build i wanted to know if i can use the botom pcie slot instead of the top one.  yes i know you can use it . but can it be set to x16 instead of the clasis x4 or x8.

i chekked the manual twice now and im kinda in doubbt lol
