   Hello,

Looking to get some assistance in updating the BIOS. The current BIOS version I have is P1.30 which is ancient. I have been looking for tutorials on how to flash P3.00 to the motherboard but I have not gained any success. Rather than bricking my motherboard in the process, I would like to request support from the best people to ask! If you can advise of the proper steps to take I would really appreciate it.

CPU - Ryzen 7 1700
GPU - GTX 1070
RAM - VENGEANCE® LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 DRAM 2666MHz C16
Motherboard - ASRock AB350 Pro 4 - Bios Ver P1.30

	Just a heads up, my version does not have instant flash & every bios version listed on ASRock's website requires InstantFlash so please help if you can!
