Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. According to your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying: 1. Please enter to BIOS setup and check if the M.2 SSD can be detected at BIOS Advanced tab>Storage Configuration. 2. Reboot the system and then press [F11] to check the Boot Menu. 3. If possible, please install other M.2 SSD to verify. 4. If possible, please install the fail M.2 SSD to another system. Thanks! All the best, ASRock TSD |

Hello.
I recently bought the ASRock B450 Pro4. But I cannot see My PCIE M2 SSD. I have put in both M2 ports but the result is the same. I can make sure this SSD is compatible with your Motherboard, because I am upgrading my PC from the previous motherboard where this M2 disk worked correctly. |
