I got a NVME question.. I got a Western digital NVME black with a Heat sink (SN750) Will it fit with the chip set heat shield..?

Nope, you'll need to remove the heatsink from the drive. The motherboard cover is designed to hold the NVME drives in place and serve as a heatsink.
