Update Bios?

   This motherboard AB350M-HDV R4.0 does not start, there is no picture on the monitor. 
Seems like need to update Bios for my 3200G. How can I do that?
Help me please.

	You need an older chip to use to do the BIOS update. You can check with local computer shop ..or if you have a buddy that will lend you his/her chip .. or purchase cheapest one off of Newegg or the like and then return it when you have successfully updated

	Dear Looms, Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. This board starts the 3200G CPU support since BIOS P2.10 https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/AB350M-HDV%20R4.0/index.asp#CPU If you'd like to make the system post with 3200G, please install another CPU (Bristol/Raven) to power on the system into BIOS setup and update the BIOS to P2.10 or later version.
