agreed my wife has this very board
just clicking xmp enabled the 'crucial ballistix 3200' ram to work well

as the SAME ram has indeed worked in two other b450m pro4 boards that i know of

just enable the XMP profile in the BIOS when you first boot up. Read the manual and you should be good to go.

Hello everyone, I'm going to build a PC in few months for the first time in my whole life, and I'm not a professional so I'm a beginner and I decided for the ASRock B450M Pro4, but also for a RAM that has 3200MHz, CL 16 and my question is now that mainboard apparently only supports up to 2933MHz but with overclocking it should also work with 3200MHz but I have no idea how overclocking works and i never was in bios or something before, tutorials don't help me at all how to overclock MHz, so I wanted to ask if someone could help me and if there is someone who can speak German, it would be very nice and thank you for you answers.
