Deskmini A300 dont work

   Hello.

My deskmini A300 with athlon 200ge dont work

when i thy to boot it, fan starts, but there is nothing on display, and!!!! when i try to turn it off through long pressing power on button it doesnt turns off, only by disconncetion of power supply. how can i resolve this problem?
