MB: Asrock x570 phantom gaming 4
GPU: GTX 970
CPU: RYZEN R5 3600x
PSU: 550w
RAM: Gskill Aegis 16GB2x8gb DDR4 3200

I recently upgraded my Motherboard, CPU, and RAM to the currently listed specs. Everything was working well for 2 weeks until today when the computer just suddenly shut down and began restarting itself while browsing the web. Now when I try to start the computer it will power on but not boot or display anything. I have reseated all of the components, tried switching and removing RAM sticks, and taking out the CMOS battery.

The CPU and DRAM debug LEDs turn on momentarily when I power on the PC. I tried starting the computer with the GPU removed but the GPU debug LED does not turn on. Not sure what else to try and was wondering if anyone has any more suggestions before I try to replace the motherboard. Thanks.
