Problems with Fan control

   Hello ! 
I need your help guys.

I just installed the corsairs commander Pro and fanhub with 3 RGB fans. 
But somehow I cant control the fans and read that the Problem is that the mainboard is still controling the fans.
I found no way to turn them off in the BIOS. 
I already tried to set the Fan to DC mode but nothing seems to set them offline nor controlable by the corsair software.
Im using the Z370 Fatality Gaming K6.
