   Hello,

Help needed! I bought a new ASRock 760GM-HDV motherboard and it?�s powers on but no picture appears on screen and no beep sounds as well, CPU is AMD FX8350 and RAM is Kingston DDR3 KVR1333D3SN9/2G. All fans working fine, tried CMOS Clear but no changes. What else can I do?
