New X470D4U IPMI issue

	I'm setting up new X470D4U based servers. Brand new, when I enter Setup and go to Server Mgmt, the BMC Self Test Status says FAILED. I enter BMC Network Config, and enable BMC Out of band Access. Then set a static IP address. After saving and rebooting, I am unable to get to IPMI based on http://[IP Address] and not able to ping the address. Re-entering Setup, Server Mgmt still says BMC Self Test Status of FAILED. I switched to DHCP, and it doesn't pull and address. On Setup's Main page, BMC Firmware is blank. All of this seems odd. I thought I might have a bad board, so I pulled out a second of the four I ordered, and the same issue is exhibited. Where am I going wrong? How can I get the IPMI configured and accessible? Thanks in advance!
