Case Speaker - Where to Install

   I just bought a case speaker to see if i can figure out why my new pc build doesn't boot. 

I have a Asrock x570 pro 4 motherboard. It's not clear where i plug this case speaker. I plugged it into the top part of SPK_PLED1 but when i booted i didn't hear any beeps.
