I found the setting in my BIOS, it was under Chipset Advanced settings Called "DEEP SLEEP" I set it to enable S4-S5 here is a screenshot of it.

there is a setting in BIOS that will turn off the USB after you shutdown. Let me see if I can find it.

USB Mouse lights stay on after shut down on Z97 Extreme6. forums say to just check Bios for USB settings. I cannot find them. Any help would be apreciated. thanks.
