Rear USB stopped working

   Brand new Taichi Z590 board .keyboard wont work in one of the USB ports and in another power is being supplied but cant type .

I believe I am not the first person to strike this problem and ASROCK seemed to ignore the problem I wonder if anyone else has something to add to this ?

	If wireless get the receiver away from the chassis

	Are you running the ASRRGBLED software for the system board RGB lighting? If so, uninstall it. I had a similar issue on a z590 and it turned out that the driver asrdrv104.sys causes all sorts of issues, from USB ports to PCIE devices dropping offline.
