Hello :)
I build a new PC with B560 Pro4 motherboard and it wont boot(there is nothing on the display). Display is connected do DisplayPort. When I press "Power on" switch the fan on the CPU starts rotating. The red PSC LED's go on one by one - CPU, DRAM, BOOT and VGA. CPU and DRAM go off and only BOOT and VGA stay on. What does this mean? All the components are new. CPU: intel i3 10100F SSD: HP EX900 M.2 250 GB Memory: DDR4 8GB 2666 APACER AU08GGB26CQYBGH Power supply is connected to ATX 12V(ATX12V1) and ATXPWR1. I checked all the connections several times and disassembled and assembled again. The SSD and the memory are not on the compatibility list... is this the cause? Thanks and KR |

You need a GPU. The 10100F does not have an iGPU so the ports on the board won't
work with it. All Intel's "F" CPUs lack an iGPU. Edited by Xaltar - 05 Dec 2021 at 7:53pm |
