Mario,

In order that we can help, please list all the components inside, and also connected outside(eSATA, USB etc) by model numbers that make up your system when this is happening. Include the PSU and its age.

Knowing these will help us in turn help you.

And now knowing what 6a error is on your motherboard, can I assume you bought the board separately and are re-using what memory you had there already, prior to buying the board?

6a is memory related.

Here and know I don't need to know anything about your system as I asked above other than the make, model, and size(s) of the memory that you are using.

But what part number? And are they a 16GB(2x8GB) matched Kit, as in came together in one package?

Ok, they're part number BLT2CP8G3D1608DT1TX0CEU .

Using one stick, starting at the slot furthest from the CPU, place this ONE stick and see if she'll boot. If not, grab the other stick and place it in the same slot and see if she'll boot.

BRB, gotta run to the store quick like.

But did you do what I asked and tried with EACH stick separately?

I'm trying to rule out it being a bad stick. Or if it is a comparability issue?

The individual you bought the board from. Is it possible to ask them, if they remember, what BIOS revision it is currently flashed to?
