need help X570 motherboard RGB software

   I just got my x570 but after I download the Polychrome Sync, the LED on the motherboard goes off and I can't open Polychrome Sync again. I look up some solution online and I try flashed it but it doesn't work. Please help me with this because RGB is a big part of the motherboard to me.

	Hello, me too I have the same thing for flashing my rgb that don't work anymore on my B450 Steel Legend did you guys have solved this problem, we don't have any solution here.
