I get a b2 (not B2) error code on Dr. Debug when i try to POST while i have my monitor connected to my GTX 1060. Works fine if i hotplug it after i POST.

1)... I don't see b2 listed on Dr. Debug codes list.. https://www.asrock.com/support/faq.asp?id=334...why?

2) How do i solve it?

b2 is an error to do with initializing the GPU's firmware. If you are able to get a display by hot plugging it as you say you can try another display output (HDMI if you are using display port or the other way around). If that does not help you can also try clearing CMOS. The default values should enable OPROM (option ROM, ie. non motherboard related firmware like your GPU). Typically this error code indicates and issue with the GPU however, not the motherboard.

If that fails, see if there is an update available for your GPU's vBIOS. If you are uncomfortable with that (you run the risk of bricking the GPU) then I would recommend returning the GPU under warranty.
