Ho una X399M

I banchi sono A1 B1 C1 e D1.

Per dual channel A1 B1 / C1 e D1.

Ho 6 banchi di DDR4.

2*8GB 3000 (A)
2*8GB 3600 (B)
2*16GB 3200 (C)

Montando (A) e (B) ho:

A1 non visto e C1 non visto ma in bios vede.

B1 not see DDR4.

C1 and D1 see 2*16GB, but in A1 B1 not.

Matherboar have problem?

I suggest you try and re-seat the CPU again. Bad pin contacts are a frequent cause for symptoms like yours.

Clear CMOS afterwards too.

P.S. how does the mobo report quad-channel with just 2 sticks of RAM?

In accordo con il mio fornitore, testo il sistema con la memoria.
Se funziona, è colpa della mia memoria.
Se non funziona, mi sostituiscono la scheda madre.

I have buy 4 bancks of DDR4 for TR4. I have try, but always error.

quad channel but only 2° and 4° see memory.

CPU-z see 4 bancks, Aida only 2.

Reset bios many time, equal.

This week send to me new mother-board.

Not.
A1 B1 dual channel but count size of only one banck.
B1 C1 dual channel and count all bancks, it's ok.
